Vision: Humanity is alive with adventurous, intimate artistic expression as we evolve deeper connections with each other, the physical world and the very process of creation itself.
Mission: To use dance, theater, film and performance to catalyze, confront and liberate audiences
Values:
-We ground all our work in the belief that human evolution is catalyzed by the combination of danger and opportunity that we call “crisis.”
-We seek to provoke crisis by presenting performative expression that confronts, challenges, dazzles, inspires and astounds.
-We honor and exploit the incredible power of the human body and human skin.
-We honor process over product, challenge over resolution, questions over “answers.”
-We seek to guide audiences through confrontations and challenges in order that they access the divine dissatisfaction of the ever-deepening questions of meaning, purpose and connection.
-We see the processes of nature as an infinite source of power for shaking off oppressive human systems, classifications and definitions.
-We value the power of women’s bodies, minds and souls while seeking to overthrow the long history of female objectification.
-We mine the mystery of fertility, creation, physicality and sensuality to understand who we are as individuals and in relation to one another.
